MEET LANNA...
A Perth-based strategist, FOUNDER, speaker, mum of two, Rolling Stones fan and tenacious optimist committed to helping individuals, organisations & brands realise their full potential.
After an award-winning career in corporate sales, Lanna launched into the world of small business, starting her first small business in 2014. After five years and working with over 500 businesses across Australia through 1:1 coaching, workshops and speaking engagements, Lanna fell in love with a new industry - media, and in 2019 decided to make the transition to a full-time career in media. Lanna again excelled in media training, media talent acquisition and general management roles, and in 2022 launched her own media agency, Leverage Media.
In addition to her projects in the media industry, Lanna offers inspiration and advice around the country as a speaker, event host, and via regular media appearances across television, print and radio and online media. Her speciality? Getting others excited about topics often seen as boring, complicated or difficult. Like most people, Lanna’s allergic to corpo-babble and sitting through dull, dry presentations. So she brings a sense of fun to her public speaking engagements – and her passion is infectious!
As a speaker or event host, Lanna can offer a fresh take on everything from business strategy, sales, branding and media to achieving work/life balance, goal setting and juggling the demands of being a busy mum in business.

It might be hard to imagine if you know me now, but I used to have a physical reaction to speaking up for myself. I was bullied quite considerably in primary school and would avoid standing out – but occasionally felt strongly enough about something to speak up. Before I’d even said anything, I’d get hot, my throat would close up and I would turn a bright shade of red, all from just mentally preparing to share my opinion on something. Even in my twenties I would occasionally still suffer from the same thing. Now, fortunately, I have got control of these extreme reactions but it is something I often think about - primarily because I am the mother of a beautiful little girl, that I would like to raise to be strong, confident and outspoken.
